Use of the product

By using AI Practice Interview you agree to use the product for personal interview preparation only. Practice sessions, feedback, and reports are provided as-is and do not guarantee hiring outcomes.

Your content

You are responsible for the content you submit (resume, job description, and answers). Do not upload confidential employer materials you are not allowed to share.

Subscriptions and renewal

Paid plans automatically renew at the then-current rate at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Free trial access is limited as described in the product.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. After you cancel, you keep access for the remainder of your current billing period (the rest of the month you already paid for). You will not be billed again going forward. Canceling stops future charges; it does not end access immediately, and it does not reverse the charge for the period already underway.

No refunds or pro-rated rates

All payments are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or pro-rated amounts for unused time, unused simulations, unused voice minutes, downgrades, or mid-cycle cancellation. If you cancel, you simply use what remains of the period you already paid for, and billing stops after that period ends.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Questions about billing or these terms can be sent through our Contact Us page.
